What is the paper roll?

The free version prints 3 receipts a day. A fresh roll arrives at midnight. The Welcome Receipt and replays from the Paper Trail don’t use paper. No Refunds Pro gives you unlimited paper.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited paper, all paper styles, the Spicy roast level, custom and blank receipts, Shortcuts and JSON import, your full Paper Trail, the option to hide the wordmark on shared images, and every receipt we add later. It’s available as a yearly subscription with a free first week, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I get it back?

Open the app, go to Settings › Membership and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions › No Refunds Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Despite the name: yes, refunds exist. Apple handles all App Store payments, so request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why can’t I share The Damage (Screen Time) receipt?

With standard Screen Time access, Apple shows usage data only inside a private report the app can’t read, so that receipt can be viewed and printed but not saved or shared. On iOS 26.4 and later, allowing full Screen Time access makes it a normal, shareable receipt. Only one app at a time can have full access. You can also type your numbers in manually.

A receipt says “nothing to print” or is missing a section.

Check that the source is connected in Settings › Connections and that permission is allowed in the iOS Settings app. With limited photo access, receipts only count the photos you selected. Apple Music shows recent listening, not your complete history.

Can I try every receipt without granting permissions?

Yes. Turn on Settings › Sample Data. Receipts printed that way are labelled SAMPLE DATA.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Receipts are made and stored on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy for the full list.
